Hypovolemia is a decrease in intravascular volume evidenced by the presence of two or more of the following:
Sunken eyes
Absence of tears
Dry Mouth or tongue
Thirst
Decreased skin turgor
Collapse inferior vena cava by ultrasound
aCrystalloid solutions — Balanced electrolyte solutions (eg, Ringer's lactate) have an electrolyte composition similar to plasma and often the addition of a buffer (eg, lactate);
or with oral glucose-electrolyte solutions), electrolyte replacement, to assure perfusion

Lethargy or unconsciousness; Inability to drink; Weak radial pulse
